For Kids This Week

Dinosaur Month at the library roars onward with more fun dino crafts and activities! We’ll make dinosaur eggs to hatch, paint a dino, and create our own dino sculptures out of….whatever we find! At Stories in the Park on the 18, we’ll paint some dino caves and see if we can get those eggs to hatch! There will be lots of dinosaur stories to enjoy as well. Partial funding for Dino Month comes from VT Department of Libraries, so thanks for that!

On Tuesday, July 15, please join the lovely and wonderful Sue Ribaudo here in the children’s room for some super-fun singing games from other countries! No musical experience required–Sue is an amazing teacher and will have you and your kiddos singing in no time! 3 pm.

Regular programming continues in July with Family Storytime on Thursdays at 3:30, line dancing for all ages & abilities on July 17 at 5, Hilde & The Purls on Tuesdays at 1:30, handcrafting for all ages and abilities, and the Dumbledorks on the 24th at 4:30, followed at 5:30 by a screening of a popular and famous wizard movie! Feel free to bring some nibbles for movie time, and water is fine as well!

Free snacks are available whenever the library is open! Can’t wait to see you here! rochesterpubliclibraryvt@gmail.com for questions.
