Physics Phun rolls on this month with roller coaster making and designing, exploring with mirrors, DIY color wheels (reverse Newton’s experiment with the prism!), and top construction. And of course, all other lovely and cool things you love to find in the Children’s Room! We have plenty of new and well-loved books waiting for your company!
At Stories in the Park on Friday, we’ll try out wind vehicles. What kind of moving maching can you make that is powered by wind? We’ll have fans, a hair dryer, and your own breath to power things up! Come and get blown away!

Also coming up for kids is our magically amazing Harry Potter group, The DumbleDorks! We’ll get up to some magical reading and creating. That’s Thursday at 4:30. Afterwards, at 5:30, there will be a screening of an awesome wizard movie! Feel free to bring nibbles and water, or help yourself to our free snacks; that all happens on 8/28. Family Storytime, for all ages, happens every Thursday at 3:30.
